什么是加拿大联邦技工移民（FST）移民项目？
联邦技工移民项目，英文全称为Federal Skilled Trades Program，简称FST。适用于希望凭借熟练技术资格成为加拿大永久居民的技术工人及计划居住在魁省以外的技术移民申请人。
项目要求
工作经验要求
与其他技术移民类别不同，FST所要求的工作经验是熟练的工作经验，即“skilled work experience”。这意味着：
- 申请人在递交申请的前5年内。需要在熟练的行业中至少拥有2年的全职工作经验或等同的兼职工作经验。
- 除了获得合格的技工职业证书外，还需要满足NOC规定中的技工类工作要求。
- 获得至少一年的全职工作offer或加拿大某省，地区或联邦颁发的技工资格证书。
FST对熟练的技术职业归纳为如下类别：
- 工业，电气，及建筑行业
- 维护和设备运营行业
- 自然资源，农业和相关生产的监督和技术工作
- 加工，制造和公共事业监督员和中央控制运营商
- 厨师
- 屠夫和面包师
语言要求
英语口语和听力要求CLB 5，写作和阅读要求CLB 4（即雅思G类阅读3.5，写作4.0，听力和口语5.0）
资金证明要求
申请人必须证明拥有足够的资金可以在加拿大定居，除非可以证明申请人目前能够在加拿大合法工作并且有加拿大雇主提供的有效工作Offer。

计划居住在魁省以外的省份
